Privacy Policy
Last updated June 13, 2026
FragHub lets you replay and analyze PUBG matches. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and honest because the app is genuinely simple.
What we collect
PUBG game data. Player names, match history, stats, and telemetry come from the official PUBG (KRAFTON) API. This is public game data tied to PUBG accounts, not to your FragHub account. Once a match is viewed, we store its processed replay so it stays available after PUBG's own data expires.
Account details. If you create an account, we store your email address and display name. Passwords are hashed by our authentication system (Better Auth) and never stored in plain text. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile (name, email) from Google.
Your activity in the app. The players you follow and the lists you build are stored against your account so they are there next time you sign in.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage (page views, broad traffic patterns). This is statistical, not used to identify you personally.
Cookies & technical data. A session cookie keeps you signed in. Google Analytics sets its own cookies. Our hosting and CDN provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request metadata such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
To run the service: show stats and replays, keep you signed in, remember your follows and lists, and understand which features get used so we can improve them. We do not sell your data, and we do not show personalized advertising.
Who we share it with
We rely on a few third-party services to operate: the PUBG (KRAFTON) API for game data, Google Analytics for usage stats, Google for optional sign-in, and Cloudflare for hosting and delivery. We don't share your data with anyone else.
Your choices and rights
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Deleting your account removes your account record, sessions, and your follows and lists. Public PUBG game data is not personal to your FragHub account and is not removed by account deletion.
You can opt out of the newsletter from settings, and you can block analytics cookies using your browser or an opt-out extension.
For any privacy request, email [email protected].
Data retention
Account data is kept until you delete your account. Stored match replays are retained so games stay re-watchable; they contain public in-game data, not your personal account details.
Children
FragHub is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in regions where that is the threshold), and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; we'll change the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
FragHub is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by KRAFTON, Inc. or PUBG. Game data is provided by the official PUBG Developer API.
